We all have a memory that we can never forget
It hurt so fucking deep we can still fucking feel it
Anything that reminds you of it results in panic
Fire in all of your senses
Seared into your memory
Fire in all of your senses
Seared into your memory
And it's not over yet
You weren't prepared
Caught unaware
Out of the blue overpowering you
Frozen in place such easy prey
You want to fight back
You try to fight back
But you're just no match for them
You can't forget what they did
It's your curse
Now you have overwhelming fear
You can't even leave your house
You live life in disbelief
You don't even trust yourself
Fire in all of your senses
Seared, into your memory
Fire in all of your senses
Seared into your memory
We all have a memory that we can never forget
It hurt so fucking deep we can still fucking feel it
Anything that reminds you of it results in panic
They will never forget
What they did to you that night
Life will be affected
Until the day that you die
Soulless demons scorn our story
Etched out since they touched me
They would sell your soul
Good as dead
Pity that I could not find the deluxe edition with LoG's Laid to Rest. Nevertheless I wanted to add Elegy to my BC collection. It's unique as it is a delightful mix of symphony and deathcore. The vocals are just the perfect "5th element" that allows both styles to intertwine perfectly. Ben Duerr is the perfect vocalist for this role. The Elegy trilogy at the end is just the apotheose of death-gasm, it's a good trip down to memory lane as I've seen S.O.I. live last year! sachavonkarl74
Few things hit harder than this album…and so damn catchy! Great lyrics too. Anything that talks about Anunnaki armies and such is bound to be great. aelia
